We believe in the power of science, collaboration, and bold ideas to create a more sustainable future.Position Overview:EF Polymer K.K., a green-tech company headquartered in Okinawa Prefecture, is recruiting personnel for its research and development team to:develop products for agriculture,conduct joint research with research institutions, andpropose methods of use tofarmers.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling, effectiveness investigation, and market research for product development inagriculture.Management of joint research with universities and other research institutions;measurement of plant growth in experimental fields, soil sampling, and surveys.Proposals for methods of use to farmers and distributors; on-site visits and surveys.Literature review and collection of information on farmers’ issues and needs.Internal information sharing, preparation of materials, and communication of information to members in Japan and abroad.Handling inquiries related to quality control.Examination of application methods.Requirements:Education: Ph.D.Required work experience: Agriculture (especially soil physics, soil microbiology,agronomy, plant physiology, etc.).Languages: Must be proficient in Japanese and English.
