As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development to lead our sales efforts.Job Summary:As a Business Development, you will play a critical role in driving sales and establishing our brand within the organic materials sector. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our innovative organic polymer solutions to diverse industries, including agriculture, packaging, and consumer products.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and market trends within the organic polymer industry. Analyze competitor offerings and industry developments to inform sales strategies.Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.Relationship Building:Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and agricultural stakeholders. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and foster connections.Customer Engagement:Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and how our organic polymer solutions can benefit their operations. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Use data to refine sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.Collaboration with Product Development:Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback from customers and ensure our offerings meet market demands.Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
